Annapolis July 4th, we usually anchor around Horn Point. It's ruff from all the boat traffic and that makes it hard to raft up.
Also on July 8th is the Rick Lofgren memorial display on the South River in front of the Loch Haven community.

I want to.. but I'm a little bit skeert.
I'd like to pop a few tops on the 4th, but my date refuses to drive the boat in heavy traffic.
I'm not getting a bwi.. bad for my career.
