In the middle of redoing the entire brake system on the trailer for my Conch 27. I bought the boat last year and had it out once for a sea trial where the hydraulic steering leaked down, since replaced. On that trip, noted that the brakes were not working which made for a harrowing tow to and from the launch ramp. My work schedule finally allowed me to go through the brakes, which I'm replacing with Kodiak Stainless Calipers and Dacramet Rotors. Also dumping the old surge brake actuator which needed rebuilding and going with a Dexter Electric/Hydraulic.
When I got into the hubs, everyone of them had no grease and they were frozen in place, a disaster about to happen:

It had disc brakes on it, but pretty sure they're no longer made. Calipers were bronze, dual piston and split down the middle. The pads were very small, like the size of a silver dollar. I remember these being sold, but not sure who manufactured them:

The rotors were also bronze, at least the friction surface portion, whereas the rest is steel based on the rust. The rotors are not in bad condition. The calipers I've taken in for recycle and got $20 per axle set.
The project is progressing along:
