i saw the hook-up tight to a fish today. from what i read the hook popped after 7.5 hours

Slow day out east today not many fish weighed but great weather. Eric hooked up by us at 7:30am and lost the fish boatside after 7.5 hours. He said the fish never turned on it's side. JSeas is currently in the lead on releases and 2nd in weighed fish. Back at it tomorrow at 3:30am. Tired must go to sleep.

Thanks capt. By the way they were fighting the fish on a standup 80 so fish was a slob.

Any estimates on how big it was? I had just passed Eric when his rod went off...That's a long day in a harness!
