Hey Andy got a quick question, I just changed out the filter element in the clear filter bowl behind the VST tank on my 2004 200hp hpdi. I replaced the o-ring for the bowl and everything went back together nicely. Here's my question, I pumped the primer bulb and watched the bowl fill with fuel, but after a couple minutes of running the motor I could see the fuel level dropping in the filter bowl, I squeezed the bulb a couple times, it was soft and watched the bowl fill up again only to have the fuel drop below the filter after a couple minutes. The motor seemed to be running fine. Is this normal or is there a problem somewhere??

Thats normal. When you pump the bulb, the fuel in the engine mounted filter goes to a positive pressure. It fills the bowl up. Once you stop doing that, the fuel pumps suck the fuel from the tank and that fuel in the bowl goes to a negative pressure(vacuum) and the level drops from that. Perfectly normal....they all do it.
