I think the G5s are too new to have a lot of real world experience.
You might also add Deemaxx to the list...

I think the Kodiak Dacromet-stainless kit is the way to go. Good value. I did like the Tiedown G5 SS Kit though not much is know about them. They seem to be pretty new. My trailer has Kodiaks on it now but they were not SS or Dacromet Coated. Its a 2006 Wesco dual axle and one assembly is rusted solid. Can't budge it. Broke a lug off trying to remove the wheel.
My boat is on a lift but need it fixed before a Hurricane decides to come this way.

We have been selling the G5's for a little over a year and the feedback so far has been really positive. The Kodiak is a proven design, and the dacromet/stainless kit is one of the best choices available. Give me a call if you have any questions.

Tie down may have improved their brakes. But their past generation brakes were such a f'ing disaster I am sticking with Kodiak. Nothing like going through those POS tie downs every six months and trying to bleed them as the brass fittings would break off. I could go on....

Well damn I ordered the G5 kit today.
Guess I need to call Chris in the am before it ships.

The G5 brakes are much better then anything Tie Down has offered before. I would put them on my trailer without hesitation, my other choice would be the Dacromet/Stainless Kodiak kits but they are also $30.00 more per assembly. Give me a call ASAP if you want to change the order.

Send it on Chris. I need the new actuator anyway as well and might as well replace all the brake lines it comes with. I'll give it a shot and give a review of them.

have you considered titan. I have them on both axles and they have worked very well. I will admit they do not have that many miles on them maybe a few hundred, but they were put to the test with a couple of sudden stops and they more than did the job.
just my 2 cents
