I just installed a new B260 transducer in my boat with intentions of purchasing a new fcv 585. Upon doing some research, I understand it's a new model (fcv587) coming out. When is this model due to come out?

This sucks as I am ready to buy a new unit, and I want the new fcv 587 but I don't wanna wait so long! My transducer and I are eager to make this connection. :bashhh:

Just get a FCV585...and sell it later when the new units come in.
It will be just like renting it for a few months.
