That right there is like a $10K fine plus the possibility of jail if there is even a whiff of propane in it. I was just reading about a guy in Maine who was hauling an old 500 gallon tank that was empty for all practical purposes but it was not secured and did not have identification on it that said it was empty. He was arrested on the spot, booked and jailed overnight. Fined something like $5K and now has a felony on his record.

looks like a cop and an ambulance on the road in the pic?
and it is amazing what some idiots will do to "save money" since I can't imagine the damage to that minivan and I would think that a wiff of propane or butane would be the worst for that thing dragging the ground and sparking and wearing through and blowing up

He needs to bring that thing to my house. Would make two nice fire pits and a half dozen fire rings that would last a lifetime. ..........http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh129/bikem1/photo16.jpg?t=1339098520
