I have a pair of little used Shimano TLD Star 15/30S reels on custom rods built by "Rods by Dru" of Juno beach Fla. (They are the pair on the right in the pictures)

Sorry, no.
The rods are really nice and they make a great combo. I used them for bottom fishing in the Chesapeake and Florida.

I know the rods are custom but what kind of action do you think they have? Are the stiff? How long are they?

They are 63 inches. They are pretty stiff as I wanted to be able to lift fish off the bottom. They are by no means wimpy noodle rods...
