Something is screwed up with the pic, there is no name on the side of the shuttle by the cargo bay doors.

That isn't a real shuttle. I believe that was the model they had at the cape. It is smaller than a real shuttle and was getting sent to Houston

Correct, it is a model/mockup, it passed by Florida last week on the same barge. The local news did a story on it.
