Headed to Martha's Vineyard the last week in June. Instead of driving my boat from the CT river I thought that I would trailer. Need advise on where I can launch it and park my truck with the trailer for 6 days. Thanks

Do you want to go so far as onto the cape, or from the mainland?
Either way your best bet might be to talk up friends family & aquaintences for a place. Another option would be to call around the different marinas and see if they can help or make suggestions - Kingman in Cataumet is pretty big but parking there is a nightmare on a good day. If you want to launch really close, call the Falmouth Harbor harbormaster about possibly parking your rig at one of the town marinas.

You could drive to the Cape but would you should consider launching spots in Rhode Island and South coast of MA? There are quite a few marinas that may help you for a fee. You might want to try Wickford Shipyard and Brewer's Wickford Cove Marina, both in Wickford, RI (N. Kingstown) which is close to the highway and an easy trip to MV in all but a small boat. You could check the marinas on Jamestown and then check the ones on the south coast of MA. To me, if you want the Cape, then go all the way to the Vineyard Sound side. Google Maps or Bing can help you find the marinas that have boat ramps and then start making phone calls.

Thanks for the ideas and suggestions. As I think about it, Brewers would probably work. Appreciate the assist.
There is a ramp and parking lot that can be used overnight next to the site of the former Edwards Boat Yard in East Falmouth at 1209 East Falmouth Highway - Route 28.

When we used to fish the Vineyard tournament this is what we used.
Plus you can follow the ferry back if it gets really nasty.
