I really want to get offshore but EVERY weekend lately has been so bad (regarding conditions). Is there anyone I can sue over this? This is America so someone has to be to blame. A government subsidy at least?

With the right lawyer anything is possible. I think it would be a class action since it involves many people.

If you figure out a way to sue the Audobon Society over it, I'll donate towards your legal fund.

I'd blame it on PETA

Get the lawyer that is suing the person who sent the txt that caused the recipient to hit another car. I think he would take this case.

You could try sueing God ..... Billy Connelly was in a movie called the man who sued God.
He had a sailboat that was hit by lightning and his policy did not cover him for "acts of god"
so he sued him directlty.... not sure of the settlement details

Instead my recommendation is you drive while drinking a McDonalds coffee and spill it on yourself, then sue for several million. Then you can afford to someplace the weather is more consistantly good. :)
