I am looking for a campground on the lower bay. I would prefer western shore side to avoid the crazy tolls ! I will consider all options though. I have been considering buying a lot at trails end. I would like a permanent site close to a launching facility, I have a 26' cc.Any suggestions on good places would be great. Thanks in advance Josh

If you are currently or retired military, Solomon's Annex is a great location with a marina and boat ramp... Not sure if Pt Lookout State park has long term site rentals or not... excellent fishing options from both locations with quick access to the bay or protected waters of the river when it's blowing...

Capt.Brady, Buzzs looks like a perfect location. I couldnt find much on camping though,it appears as though there are some zoning issues. I am looking for a permanent spot for a 38' fifth wheel

Buzz’s has a great reputation for being fisherman friendly. I’ve never done business with them but from some of the testimonials I’ve heard, I would look forward to the opportunity. If I were you I’d call them and see if they can accommodate your rig.
Dennis Point Marina is big enough that they seem to take big campers. They used to be St Mary’s Yachting Center, and before that they were Dennis Point Marina. Now they are Dennis Point again. I haven’t had my boat there in many years so I don’t know how things are there now, but they are big. Swimming pool, restaurant, bar, pump out. Also just off the St Mary’s river, easy access to good fishing.
Good luck.

For a permanent campsite with a trailer that big, I think Dennis Pt Marina may be a better place, but I'd check both.
Camping sites are limited at Buzz's but all zoning issues have been resolved.

Theres a marina right by Buzzs', Druries I think (sounds funny, but someone can correct me). Ive spent a few spring tournies there and thought it was great. I saw some rv's there too.

There is also SeaSide View campgrounds, but I don’t know anything about it. I’ve just seen the signs. Also there are always a small number campers parked near Courtney’s Restaurant. Maybe if you called the restaurant they’d know something about them. I don't know if Courtney's has anything to do with them or not. Good luck.

The two best campground possibilites are Buzz's and Dennis Pt. There's a reason why Seaside was not on my list, but I suggest you go there and decide for yourself.

Breezy Pt. has permanent sites but not sure if the can handle a 5th wheel size or not and they looked pretty full from the water this week.
