Mid Atlantic and Chesapeake Bay - Recommend a tackle shop near Bethany?

I'm headed to Bethany for the weekend and may look to get some line strung on a couple of new reels that will be used for trolling and bottom fishing.

Any recommendations? Thanks!

I am not that familiar with any shops in Bethany but It is only about 30 minutes at most to AllTackle in OCMD. Great knowledgable folks there: http://www.alltackle.com/alltackle_ocean_city.htm

Try Old Inlet Bait and Tackle 302-227-7974. They are located on the southbound lane of Rt 1 about a mile or so before you get to the Indian River Inlet bridge (about 6 or so miles north of Bethany). Nice folks. They can spool you while you wait. They have a nice selection of bait, lures and gear!! Also local fishing information! They have always treated me well !! Hope this helps.

I was in Bethany yesterday eating at Bethany Blues and I noticed a sign for a tackle shop right directly accross the highway on the south bound side. I never went in, but it is right there.

old inlet. or lewes harbour marina on your way down. both will treat you like family
