Just bought a used 2004 boat and it needs the hull brought back to life, I don't have the time to do it. I would like to find a real pro, people I've used in the past were really just average and if i'm going to pay the $$'s i would like to hire someone who can do it right and not have it look like crap 6 months later. Thinking it may have to be wet sanded.

Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks

Yes, I also highly recommend him. I believe his name is Kevin Howell, check out the FS forum. He did our WA back in January and it is holding up very well.
