Sea hunt bx comes in 22 or 24 ft length. It's a hybrid bay/deep v cc. Check it out.

Young 24. I've never ridden in one so I can't attest to the ride, but I fell in love with the layout and the quality of them at first sight. I thought to myself "that would be the perfect inshore/offshore boat for the gulf coast."

I don't have a lot of time in mine yet, but my Young 24 rides like a dream. It was designed to do exactly what you describe.

Easy answer. Key West 246 Bay Reef. A beast of a boat. Not sure if you are looking new or used but they don't come up on the used market much. Guys that buy them keep them.

Don't know what your budget is but this was my first thought. Great boat for the money.

Triton 24lts. To me the perfect crossover boat. Will get in skinny and handles chop very well.

Big difference in a boat that will catch trout, reds and be able to run to the snapper grounds versus one that can run to AJ land.

Total agree with you on that but Im talking maybe 2r3 days a year on slick days with no rain chance. An he would most likely be following me.

I've pulled up on my Snapper rig outta Venice and found a 16' flat boat with 6 guys fishing.
