I am normally careful when using oxalic acid cleaners to clean my boat not to get much on the trailer. Somehow i allowed the acid to discolor and make the trailer spotty or splotchy. Is there a cleaner or some method i can use to to get rid of the spots or somehow reverse the damage, allbeit cosmetic. I have seen gavanized trailer cleaners but do not know if they will just make it clean or what they do. I need a clean trailer, but really want to reverse what i did. Anyone have any experience with this.. Thanks

only thing i have ever seen work is called zep allume. you need an msds licence or know someone who does. it will make the trailer look new again.
