Can a older but in great condition 12" L-Series Raymarine be fitted for Sirius weather?

If you're talking about the Pathfinder Plus/HSB2 units (RL80c RL70C...), no, they cannot, although they never made a 12" display in that series - perhaps you could be more specific and give us a model #
