For sale or will take a partial trade for an International Scout, first gen bronco, Jeep Wrangler (possibly Wagoneer), or Land Cruiser. If you have some sort of similar vehicle, let me know. I bought a small cummins diesel I want to install in a project vehicle. Something I can lift and putt around town with the kids. They both love large lifted vehicles.. I currently drive a Honda Odyssey.. haha

We had this built because we were waiting for my larger cat to be finished and we really wanted to get on the water. We tried to justify the expense thinking it would be fine to have 2 boats. Anyway, now we've decided to sell it. I'm a big cat fan, so when picking a new small boat, the Livingston was one of my only choices. I bought it as a bare hull, then transported it to Andros Boatworks in Sarasota for a complete transformation. I knew they could be trusted for quality workmanship, and they didn't disappoint. They installed a nida core lightweight floor with hatches, a new console from their 18' panga, a new 2012 40hp etec, a fusion stereo that your iphone or ipod slides into, blue LED interior lights, blue underwater lights, transducer, flip flop cooler seat (we use it for dry storage), etc.. It also has a built in cooler under the front seat in the console. There is also a color Garmin 545s with vision card for the gulf coast, but for some reason it won't power up. I played with the power cord, and the Garmin symbol came up, but then quit when I let go of the cord. If someone can figure it out, it is a nice gps and fishfinder. I also had a new black bimini installed. The boat runs right at 30 mph with myself, the wife, and two kids on board (about 500 pounds). We also had our cooler, toys, etc on board. With 6 people on board, it slowed to 25 mph. The boat rides great for this size of boat. I previously had a 13' and a 15' whaler. This boat rides 100% better than they did. This boat is surprisingly stable. 2 adults can stand on the same side of the boat and it handles it well. Absolutely nothing like the little whalers. The 40 etec is very strong and is max hp.
We live on the water, and the places we frequent are the local sand bar and a few restaurants. We rarely get on plane, so the boat has stayed mostly in the 1,200-1,500 rpm range. In fact, the boat has only been on plane on 2 seperate days. That's a total. Although there isn't an hour meter, I'm sure the hours are less than 30 ( could be less than 20). The motor comes with the remainder of the 5 year warranty. Probably around 4 years and 8 or 9 months. It absolutely sips gas and oil. I actually went with etec for my large boat after using this one. I've had large four strokes for years on several boats, and now have etecs on 2 boats. I'm glad I tried them. Anyway, it sounds rediculous, but I have over $14,000 tied up into this little boat. Possibly closer to $15,000. Andros did a fine job assembling it though. $12,000 OBO ........... Or, I bought a small cummins diesel motor and would like to find something like an International Scout, Landcruiser, first gen bronco, or a jeep to install my motor in. It doesn't have to even run. I would actually prefer the trade plus cash for my boat so my wife won't kill me for buying another money pit.. Please feel free to ask any questions you'd like. Also, you're more than welcome to call me at 941-468-4307 between 8 30 am and 8 PM to discuss it. I'm located in Nokomis, FL.

Here's a link to a pic of the boat. If you PM me your cell number or text me, I'll send pics of anything you would like. Sorry, I never have learned how to post pics here..

I changed the heading to include the partial trade for a Scout, older Bronco, Jeep, Landcruiser, etc.. I would like it to have a good body and interior. Doesn't matter if it runs or not, as long as it looks good.

Thank you! That was much easier than I had thought.. Here's a picture when they first finished it up at Andros. We're taking it out today right after church, so I'll get several updated pictures with the top in a few hours.

I will possibly consider an older diesel on trade. I really prefer a first gen bronco though..
