I am looking to beef up my sound system (23 Dusky Center Console) by adding an amp, two more speakers, and a sub. Currently I have four 6.5 Kenwood speaker (2 in the electronics box and to in the gunnel) and a Kenwood deck. I am looking at JL but am interested in Wet Sounds. I know you might be partial but what are the differences? I have numerous friends with JL systems and they are very clear. Also, I am most likely going to put the speakers in the center console facing towards stern. Would this be too loud (concentrated)? Should I spread them out? Am I going to need two amps? Anything you could suggest would be great. Could you give me a price for Wet Sounds?

I am partial to the wetsounds, but we chose to carry it because we think its the best! As far as putting speakers in the console facing the stern goes, I think it will be fine as long as you are only trying to get the sound improvement in the stern. Its probly not going to do much for the bow area. You could use 1 5 or 6 channel amplifier or you could use two amps that is up to you.
