No bait at the church, boats are getting thin looking for live baits, probably best to just buy it from Mr. Sportsman without having to waste fuel going in circles for 2 hours,
Trolled around 150 to 300, lots of Love Bugs but no hits on the west winds.
Stay tuned,things may improve soon.;cool;

You might want to consider heading up the beach..... plenty of bait. less people! trolling is something we don't do often. unless it is a slow troll w/live bait. if you can't run up to the north. box sardines and drift all rock piles from the pier to 120' for muttons/yellowtails and kings. do not need to burn that much fuel. dolphin are pretty stupid and swim to your boat just like cobia. I have not and NEVER will
lower myself to buy bait. (Just Saying).

I'm really happy to know you are enjoying your new boat so much! We're still puttering around in the Tiara. I'd have to sell the house to afford a new one! Dave

Seastate report is not promising for this weekend, although the winds should finally change to a more favorable direction. I may try to get out there early next week. With the mother's day weekend, it looks like I be stuck in the ditch, if we even get on the boat this weekend :(
