1982 Fortier 26/ 4LHA-STE 230 Yanmar diesel. Extremely economical running boat. Would make a very attractive charter boat. This boat has been well taken care of and it shows. Yanmar was put in in 2001. There are 533 hrs on this engine. Oil/ filter changes every 50 hours, antifreeze changed every season as well as fuel and transmission filters.
Transmission is a ZF 63A with a TROLLING VALVE.
10 rod holders , tiller/ rear controls, Fortier storage (fish box, cooler or whatever) box, head w/ y valve. New full curtain enclosure. Stainless frame with Fortier hard top.
Cruising speed is honest 24-25mph. Top end is 29.3mph on the GPS. extremely stable in beam seas and like a rock when trolling.
100 gal fuel in 2-50gal tanks
New bottom paint. Prop just tweaked by HALE in CT.
Boat is turn key and ready to go.

Electronics: VHF, DF/FF, Hand Held GPS hard wired to antenna.
Fuel burn 6-7 gph at 2800rpm(24-25 mph), top rpm:3450, engine continuously rated at 3100 rpm. Top speed 29.3mph(GPS).

Gorgeous boat! Looks like it would be awesome on the drift. Love the top. Staying out of the sun is my #1 priority offshore. I just captain and watch others catch the fish. With that top I wouldn't have to wear my stupid looking hat!

If I was ready to downsize a bit,I'd buy that boat over the phone today...

She is all wrapped up and winterized and waiting for a new owner.
I hate to let this boat go but owning 3 boats and being the sole caretaker is getting old and so am I.

I don't know this boat. Great looking though. Is that a lazerette hatch in the aft floor? Assuming "yes" to get at the bilge, but can't tell if it's storage or just access.
