I am a very experienced fisherman and boater. I am a licensed Captain. 46 years old and live in the Fort Lauderdale area. I no longer own or have access to a boat and I am getting very antsy about not going fishing.

I have plenty of tackle.

Looking to go fishing in S. FL. I am more than willing to pay my fair share and then some and I am willing to help with clean-up, maintenance, food, gas, etc.

I am available at the last minute (schedule permitting) and would love to go fishing. So if you are short on good crew, PM me. Thank you.

I may be able to play matchmaker here - guy at the boat ramp that fishes there all the time is taking delivery of a 27' Hell's Bay in 2 weeks and has never owned a boat or fished South Florida offshore - we talked for a good hour and a half as I was filleting a limit of snapper - I told him I'd go out with him a time or two to show him the ropes. - shoot me a pm with your phone number and lets see if I can't get you guys hooked up.

I live near the 15th street boat ramp and kinda new to boating myself, not really a fan of offshore (atleast in my hull 19' aquasport cc). I usually stay inside and go to the Dania Cut for mango's.

Although I have never met Makosteve66 in person, he reached out to me when I needed help with an issue about 3 years ago that he was uniquely qualified to help with. He was happy to help and I would suggest that he is a stand up guy.

Good luck getting on the water. If I lived down south you would be welcome on my boat.

Thanks! It was my pleasure to be of assistance. You also helped with some great advice when the company I worked for went under. BTW, I am not opposed to traveling to fish. let me know!

Wish you were on the west close closer to Tampa. I'd love to take you out. Anyone else in his position closer to me?

I'm game. I have a Donzi Open Fish 23ZF and alot of really nice gear but not enough experience. I've been spearing most of my life and I'm now trying rod and reel. Keep the boat on a floating dock in my back yard 5 minutes from Hollover. Let me know if your game. I'm open to all types of fishing/ trolling, bottom and bay.
