I was down a couple of weeks ago and boat this tie-down spare tire carrier. The instructions say to install the insulators between the alum and mounts. There was no insulators in the box. Do i have to purchase them seperatly?

Tie Down does not include them with the tire mount anymore. I apologize as it looks like they have not updated the instruction manual yet.
