Anyone got any sources in the Tampa Bay or even Lakeland/Plant City for egg sinkers? I used to have a guy in Bradenton who made and sold me lead for $1 a pound, but lost contact with him over a year ago. Im finally running out of lead from my last purchase, Im looking to buy 30-50lbs of two, three and four ounce egg sinkers.

I know I wont find anything for a buck a pound, but anyone got a good source that has a reasonable price?

Wheel weights from your local back-alley tire shop? They are very popular for casting lead bullets and should be just as good for fishing weights.

I have been very satisfied with both the price and quality at The Grateful Lead Sinker Company

Their current price is $2.20 lb

SHIPPING: $13.00 for 10 to 60 lbs. anywhere in the U.S.A.
And you will normally receive them in 2 to 3 business days.

I have asked for and they have mixed and matched various weight sizes in one box. I have also purchased weights from them for my marker buoys.

Hope this will help you :)

I think there is a fellow THTer that sells leads for around 2.50 shipped. Also sells high speed wahoo trolling sinkers? Maybe his handle is sudden strike tackle?
