This clown-show has started up again... ;? What a waste of time - and for that I mostly blame Clemens himself, even though I don't think Congress should have ever gotten involved in baseball. Clemens seemingly went out of his way to commit perjury and urinate on our system - he wasn't even called to Washington, he went on his own. :nono:

But the Texas Con Man may well have caught a break today with his former teammate Andy Pettitte's sudden onset of amnesia... ;cool; Apparently he's saying that he may have "mis-remembered" Clemens telling him he used HGH... :roll This is contrary to his testimony a year ago. This is quality stuff going on in our courts, as usual... :roll

YEP I AGREE

Never figured out what the big deal was, steroids were NOT a banned substance at that time and MLB KNEW they were all using them

Never figured out why he did not just tell the the truth up front and be done, bet he beats it again this time and in all honesty I hope he does so they will DROP THIS SHIT

Yep, the whole case against Clemens fell apart today. I wonder if Andy perjured himself?

And after all the crap that occurred during our economic meltdown, nobody was hauled into court for creating a $800 billion dollar fiasco !! But lets get Clemens !? What a screwed up bunch in DC.

Frankly - who cares any more about Clemens, at least he over performed, more than can be said for our big banks and investment bankers.

Sadly, wasting money is the only thing congress is good at.

Congress is a disgrace.

But remember, this jackass flew in to DC - uninvited - an arrogantly lied his ass off and committed perjury a couple years ago. That's why this circus is here today. God knows why, I still can't figure it out.

One of the most serious crimes that you can commit in these United States is to make Uncle Sam look the fool. That is why tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent trying perjury cases in a situation where the parties could have NEVER been convicted on the underlying drug offenses.
