I recently purchased a pin wrench from Andy to remove the cap seals on my hydraulic steering. I was able to get three of the caps off before breaking the pin wrench on the fourth. I emailed Andy and Marc (teleflex) regarding the broken wrench on Tuesday. Got immediate replies from both of them and received two new wrenches on Thursday. Tried to take the last cap off with the new wrench but it wouldn't budge. Ended up using a chisel and got it off in thirty seconds. Still a little disappointed in the tool but you just can't beat the customer service that I got from both of them. Thanks once again Andy and Marc! Thanks for the washer kit too Marc. :thumbsup:
