As far as logo/t-shirt designs, the guys at Kluch are my favorite, by far, cant post links to their stuff but heres their gallery: http://kluch.com/gallery.html
I've done lots of really cool designs for tons of people and saying I have a favorite is rough but I really like working with traditional style designs (gold/silver leaf, engine turned, etc) with a nice dark outline, looks so classic.Here are a couple of my favorite decals I've done for customers:
