I would like to find someone near Lackawanna NY that is willing to be an extra set of eyes for me and look at a boat im very interested in. The boat looks amazing and yes I will get a surveyour but im looking for an unbias opinion. I would like to have pictures taken of every scratch or chip and a general conversation about your findings before I get the surveyour and make an offer.
