:o Sorry - NOT a fan of ANY of the "half-shell" or bi-valve species. :nono:
As much as I love seafood, I just CAN'T "stomach" a clam, conch, squid, or oyster in the buff. FRIED clams is about IT!
I do NOT eat oysters, no matter HOW they are cooked. :roll
It's all about the "texture", I guess, but I've never had an "appetite" for oysters. ;?
Gimme' fish, shrimp, crab, clams (fried) and I'm VERY happy. :thumbsup:

I tryed conch for the first time a few years back in the bahamas and fricking loved it fritters were ok but the seveache salad was the best hangover food in the world we loved it
