Yes, I was without power for 6 days in OCT when it did the same thing...but more to the east.

We aren't expecting snow, but high winds... my gen is ready to go.

I really hope is does not hit. I would assume that you guys in the NE have plenty of foliage already. I can only imagine what wet heavy snow would do. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

And just today the leaves came out in earnest! Warmest and driest winter ever we shudda known trouble was on the horizon. Just hope the October snowstorm pruned most of the weak limbs..... Anywhere south of us with full leaves is gonna be in big doo doo if its anyhting like October..... actually just checked...OUR forecast is for showers not even heavy rain or snow...whew...
