I have 2 worn front trailer tires. I am going to get new tires put on this Saturday.
What issue(s) can come up with having radials up front with bias ply's on the back?
The tires I'll be getting are Carlisle Radials.

I wouldn't do it. The two types of tires react totally differently to loads. I can't predict what will happen, maybe swaying, maybe too much load transferred to the bias ply tires as a result of the radials much more flexible sidewalls allowing the trailer to shift sideways more than the bias type. I once drove a car that had ONE radial and 3 bias plys and it drove very badly.
