If you don't have power to the fuel pump with key on and the pump was physically locked up, the relay for it might be bad too.

I would check for volts at the pump on the red wire with the yellow stripe. There should be volts there with the key on . With your voltmeter, on the ground lead, touch that to the block. What does your meter say?

If you don't get any readings, you need to start working your way back from that wire. It gets its power from the fuel pump relay. Which has a fuse powered source. I can email you the wiring diagram if you would like. Its hard to explain with out you looking at it. [email protected]

I have power going into the fuel pump relay but no power coming out with the key in the on position. I will be calling tomorrow for a parts order.
