Cool Spotting Tower!!!

Where are you guys located? Thinking of putting a T-top on my 2011 Skeeter ZX24V, and I have seen some of you work here on THT. I am leaning towards having the top bolted directly to the concole, as opposed to going down through the floor, Key West style top most likely. Is this something that can be done without compromising the structural integrity of the console on this particular boat? Also thinking of powder coating instead of anodizing. Thanks for your reply in advance.

We are approx 3 miles east of Pensacola Beach just off Hwy. 98 See contact info in signiture section.
I would not conect just to the console unless it was engineered by the factory for that application. We handle folding FishMaster TTops only because they are a great deal for an entry level TTop and it folds. $1100 installed. We beef up the contact points a little for more sturdy install. We can make a floor mounted Key West style for $2200. It is tucked right next to the concole and tapers to match the console line.

That first picture of a spotting tower is really nice. Would love to see how our boats look and act with a tower like that one of these days.

Key west style floor mount may be something I would be interested in. Can you make it go through the rod holder section of the console (forward section; i know rear section would not be able to pass through the console), to the floor inside of the console? As you can tell, I am trying to conserve deck space.

It is possible to bolt it on top of the rod holder mounting point and then bolt a new section below it to transmit the shock load as you pound thru the swells.
