XT Innovations out of Bucyrus, OH. Their work is top notch. They are the guys who designed and built all the wild interiors for Baja's poker run circut boats.

The best work I've ever seen is The Ragman on Summit Street near downtown Toledo. The owners name is Ron Billings and is great to work with. He really takes pride in his work so he makes sure everything is perfect.

There's no need to travel to Michigan or Ohio. Go to a nearby marina and ask around. There should be several "canvas guys" in your area. A lot of these guys work out of their garage or home, and don't do a lot of advertising. Ask to see some samples of their work, and get at least a couple of different quotes for your project. Be prepared for sticker shock.

It will be steep, but for $2,000, you'll get more use out of the boat and the comfort factor is no small thing.
Given your location in Woodslee, I suspect you'll have the best (most nearly local) results along the western shore of Lake St. Clair or along the river in Windsor. Otherwise, you may have a fairly lengthy highway trip in the future.

Just got basically what you are looking for in canvas for my striper. Only problem is they are located south of Oberlin Ohio and they are booked till August. Quality and the price is top notch. I paid 650. The used the best canvas and even used some thread that is guaranteed for life by manufacture. I dropped off the old ones then drove him out to boat to custom fit the snaps. They say it's best to have the boat on-site to do a better fit. They had 20 boats on the farm. The pic doesn’t really show how good it is but it’s the only one I have at the moment.

I left the number on the boat but I will get it this weekend. You'll love this, the Amish guys cell number.

I do business with a lot of amish who live in my area. most around here have either a cell phone or a phone booth in their yard. I get lumber from a sawmill that has a phone booth out back. the welding shop has one too.
cheers

Try Jim at Erievue Marina in Kingsville, Ontario. He is the owner of the marina but also does all the canvas work etc.
