In the near future I am going to be Replacing my Northstar 6100i
Let me know your opinions on
Simrad: NSS7
Garmin 740 or 4208
Raymarine: E-7 or 4208
Pro's and Cons of all
I like the northstar but it is time to upgrade

I have a 4208 that I installed last spring. I don't use the new wave features like 3-D and such so it does what I want just fine. My prior boat had a C120 system. Both boats have radar and the Garmin unit is louder than the Ray dome.
The Garmin is a little more user friendly and it might be just a little slower but nothing bad IMO.

Try the E7 at a dealer. You won't believe how good it is.
