This is a tick born disease. Just looking to get some feed back from others on the forum.

sore throat, joint pain, short of breath, headaches, loss of balance. This has been going on for 3 months. Finally had blood work done to show presence of Lymes/Babesiosis. Now dealing with insurance companies and doctors to try and treat this properly.

Yup and will be a banner year here on farm in NE CT this year due to no snow. Been battling for years. Get the Sawyer MIL-spec Permethrin clothes soak system and spray for shoes and pants cuffs. Bug spray with DEET is useless unless you get the MIL-spec (35%) 3M Ultrathon which is much more toxic.

Check tickencounter.org.

Stay on top of it, a friend of mines father died from it a few years ago as it went undiagnosed for a while.

Yep, did the Lyme/Babesiosis back in 2008/2009, worst time of my life by far! That mepron is nasty isn't it? It's fat soluble so be sure to take it with peanut butter or bacon for it to work right. How much Azithromycin are you on?
