It's a LGC-1 GPS antenna/receiver. It's from the mid -90ies, nothing you would use today.

Looks in reasonable nick? What ever you do don't throw it out, no longer made but people still looking for replacements today.

Actually the design logic for those antenna's is actually the way newer antenna's should have been designed instead of the fixed 12 channel just that somebody stuffed up, and the rest followed.

I have one of those.....along with a working Globalmap 2000 that has a mapcard for the Ft Myers/Cape Coral area. (not much good since the boat is in delaware now)
It will be for sale possibly along with a similar vintage Raytheon L365 FF unless my brother in law wants the fishfinder.

Upgrading to an HDS7 and installing in a couple of weeks, as soon as the warm weather returns and my work schedule opens up.

As stone age as it is, even without decent charts, the '2000 interfaced with my DSC radio with no problem and was still useful for marking and/or navigating to the fishing spots that I have lat/lon numbers for.

Not up to current graphical UI standards, but if functional far from useless.....

I'll trade you a Loran C unit for it. Straight up no money.
