Re-wiring a '98 Pursuit 2470, finishing up that miserable starboard back end to work in, going to rewire the washdown switch panel. A Pursuit trademark. Pull the panel out and find this...

Oh, great, a Carling switch with a sale sticker on it, and a 7A breaker when any washdown pump that I have ever installed requires at least a 15A breaker or fuse, as the pump that came out of there clearly shows...

I had the switch, but the breaker I had to rob from the present owners batch of breakers I just got in today to re-wire his helm switch panel...
The PO, if he is on this forum, cost the new owner money, and although it may just be the cost of a breaker (yeah, I get them from sailboatowners.com for $4.66 a piece), and, luckily, because of my line of work, I have excellent condition switches handy. But that's not the point. So said PO gets a ride on...
