So my handle no longer turns on my 625 fathom master. so i got the schematics on line and went tearing it apart.
I got everything off with a little bit of muscle and some corrosion block to free osme things up.
I am down to only the main sleeve and the ratchet (parts 31 and 33 on the schematic). After soaking in corrosion block overnight, the main sleeve still will not turn even using a pair of channel locks.
The schematic shows that the sleeve and ratchet come off of the frame, but for life of me I cant get it apart. Has anyone even taken that off? I removed the pin-main sleeve (part 32) and it still doesn't budge.
So does anyone have a suggestion on how to get the sleeve off?
