Hey Andy, just wondering where to start, our 02 yamaha 70 hp 2stroke was running fine but suddenly droped down to 2200 rpm and no higher except in neutral it would rev up higher. Any safety resets to try? Any advice? Thanks,Rob
Are there any audible alarms?
Oil level in tank is?
Compression test?

Hi Andy, this morning we sprayed carb cleaner in the carbs, disconnected the battery and reconnected and its running great again. I'm thinking crud in a high speed jet. Who knows. Thanks for the suggestions. Rob
