Loan amount between $250K-1.5M for a fixed rated is 5.25%. Max term is 25 yeas with a 30% down payment.
the 3.8% is for a variable rate at a max term of 20 years with 20% down. Hope that helps and let me know if you need any financing. thanks for the reply
