Hey guys, its about that time with the season winding down that I am going to start looking for a new hopefully longer term hunting lease for a property in Delaware or right over the line into Maryland. Six experienced ethical adult hunters are in our group, looking for deer hunting and waterfowl is a plus. Upon assessment of property further details can be discussed. No worrying about whether or not your farm will be leased again next year, we are in it for the long haul, looking for a multiple year lease, to manage your crop damage and deer population and grow big bucks.

cost of lease is not of an immediate concern, quality and potential of property is what is important.

dover-ish to northern DE would be nice. But lets put it this way, I commute 45 min roughly to my farm now in Chesapeake City, MD, so for the right farm (planning on moving to townsend area within the next 6-8 months) I dont mind it being the kent area.
