Ideally you will need a thruhull for each side of the boat to make side imaging work to both sides 100%. Since the ducers are pricey I'd suggest just getting one and getting 100% visibility to one side and maybe 60% to the other side. Here is the pair (are you sitting down?) - http://www.boemarine.com/LOWRANCE_DUAL_BRONZE_THRU_HULL_for_LSS-1-000-103650-01/

and the single ducer - http://www.boemarine.com/Products/000-10364-001/

As far as the main sonar ducer I'd suggest a thru-hull with fairing block on a boat like that, here you go - http://www.boemarine.com/AIRMAR_50-200KHZ_TH_Tri_AND_High_Perf_FB-GCO-B744V-BL/

Typically a ducer would go under the transmission on an inboard boat. This keeps it in front of the stuffing box.

Its not critical. I would pay more attention to mounting it in a good place so that it works. The only thing mounting them close affects is the overlay feature, and the deeper the water gets the less it matters. It won't matter on your boat. They'll all be close enough.
