Andy, Can you sell the kit Part # exh kit F200-22 5 02-03 that is for the corrosion repair?

Yes we can. But I have no idea where you got that part number. For 2003 F225's Kurt? We are in the process of gathering up the kit contents, taking pictures of them and adding them to our www.simyamaha.com parts website.

I am unaware of a "kit" part number. I do know the prices for those parts have dropped significantly.

I chatted with Yamaha and they are going to have a kit for the 2002-2003 models and the 2004 and current. No cost savings by ordering the kits versus ordering the parts separately. The kits will have the required gaskets, but will not come with oil pumps or orings for those pumps.If it was me, I would throw on a oil pump while the powerhead was off.
