Hi Dave. My windscreen might just need some repair, but I'd also like to consider a new one. Do you do those too?

Yes, we repair, replace the glass, or make new from scratch. We do not use the cheap rolled glass (such as eisenglass). We us a marine grade sheet glass (Strataglass or Crystal Clear). If you can send a pic and basic measurements to [email protected] , I can give you a quote. Thanks

Thanks Dave. I'm away from the boat until next week. I'll send a pic and measurements then. Thanks again.

Sorry to go off topic...a little, but, I have had very Little Luck with Strataglass. Have used it over the last few years and replaced it twice during that time on a 41 ft aft cabin. It seems to "get cloudy" even quicker that eisenglass. Not very pleased at all, even when using the cleaning and polishing products they recommend. Now need to replace again. Salt water environment. Just my feelings. I even call the factory once and told them of my concerns and they came through with replacing a section that had clouded up in a couple of years at their cost. Good support!

I know it is recommend by all canvas technicians, and used almost exclusively in the industry...but just my experience. BTW, I was told by a canvas tech that it does not hold up when it is not on a vertical plane or on a tilted angle where the sun has more exposure to it.

Not sure what is better, however. Just my experience.
