I'm studying to take my 6 pack oupv test and lost my rules of the road book. Does anybody have one they do not need? Thanks

You are required to carry one on board.... no excuse not to have one.

lol I have all my old course materials on board but never new we had to have them with us! Thanks for telling me!

Allow me to correct myself, only vessels over 12 meters need to have in onbard at all times. Its stilla good idea to have on onboard through, their only about $30...
I found this in annex V of the book.
