I really love the Pursuit OS 315 that has the hardtop integrated into the boat design, with the windshield fully enclosing and wrapping around. That boat is a little too big for me. Who makes a boat in the 28-30 foot class with that feature? I am looking for an express / cabin boat, but would like the front of the helm enclosed (like a pilot house). The pilot house boats did not have the amenities, and most of the cabin boats have the half windshield, hardtop and all the pipes in the front.
Anyone know of some others made in the last 5 years or so with a front window like this beauty?

I do like the lines on that particular Pursuit model, and thenice tall windshield attached & sealed directly to the windshied is a big leak-preventative plus in ugly seas.
I suspect none of these is really the type you had in mind:
Back Cove 30 or 29 (retired) -not very fishy
Keel boats more or less, without the same quality of amenities, or speed:
Dyer 29 hardtop trunk cabin
Fortier 30,
Northern Bay 28

Only about 5 built, a few years ago, but a sweet boat. Based on the 32 Express...

Thanks for the info, but not really the type. Basically looking for a slightly smaller used version of the pursuit.

I should clarify a little bit. I am looking for this to be an outboard boat, also with a Generator and A/C. Midbirth as well.
Basically, there are several boats that ALMOST are perfect (Pursuit OS 28, Robolo R305, Hydrasport Vector 29, maybe the Wellcraft Coastal 290 ), but they all have the standard hardtop and half windshield with all the hardtop support pipes and required vinyl and canvas all over the front. I would just like to have a solid windshield in the front without having to use the plastic curtains.
My experience with those is that they never look as good after the first day. They get cloudy, scratch easy, the first time the salt spray hits it you cant see out of them...
Perhaps I will just have to have someone make me a custom front windshield extension out of that hard acrylic or Stratoglass.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

You don't think it will get too hot under the hardtop with a solid glass forward facing enclosure?
Nice days I take mine down, so-so days just roll it up or unzip it a little, and cool days leave it on.

Mist, agree with you there. On the PL, despite overhead vents, opening vent in the center windshield...in May-September, down here, you are going to running the gennie and the 18K BTU AC...

I know you said used, but check out the new Boston Whaler 285 Conquest. Full windshield in the front, integrated with the hardtop, plus half windows on the sides. http://www.bostonwhaler.com/Page.aspx/pageId/29330/pmid/268460/285-Conquest.aspx

The baha cruisers is available with outboards, the 277 and the 30. And they and bracket boats, much more room than their euro transom counterparts.
I do prefer my hardtop. Clear curtains last many years when taken care of. In summer I always have the horseshoe windows rolled up. Need ventilation.
