Google search and call Call Happy Days in Port Clinton / Fremont Ohio - or send a message to Erie Skipper on here. Happy Day's sold more Sportcrafts than anyone. If anyone can help you it will be them.

Mike, take a trip up to Kewuanee to the fiberglass shop and tell them what you want to do. You could literally make one out of marine grade plywood and have them fiberglass over it. They do incredible work.
