Caught several flounder at the CBBT a week or so ago and hit the house yesterday morning, pulled a package out. Love vegetable's any time and GF is always trying new things.. We blended some chopped up vidalia onions in with some veggies few years back and its become common practice around here and I like everything kinda bold or hot any way.
Stopped by Farm Fresh to pick up some things and seen Margaret Holmes Seasoned butter beans with vidalia Onions so I grabbed several cans. BTW their huge cans, 27oz and for just over a dollars its a heck of a buy but the taste is even better. Fried that flounder up last night late, back sided them with a few fried sweet potato's and broke out that can of Margaret Holmes..
Guys the taste is nothing short of fantastic. It actually kicks our home made out the ball park and having that tart touch added its the perfect side for some home fried Flounder with tarter .. Went back today and won't run out for a while. I give them a 10 out of 10 on the taste.. Their that good...
