Hate to break it to you guys, he is not trying to screw anyone. That is the correct list price for that part number pump. It is for a older model HPDI. The newer -01 part number is for a 2005 to current HPDI in that HP range.

I have no idea if they are the same physical pump, but they definitely call for a different pump part number for those older engines.

And I totally agree 100% without a doubt, that those electric pump prices from Yamaha are nuts.
